In 2016, pop star Selena Gomez took a career break because of panic attacks, depression, and anxiety connected to her lupus, according to People. Then in October 2018, People reported that she sought treatment for her mental health after suffering a panic attack while in the hospital for a low white blood cell count — a complication that’s often associated with kidney transplant and lupus patients (Gomez had received a kidney transplant in the summer of 2017 from her best friend, Francia Raisa). The singer is currently undergoing dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Earlier in 2018, she spoke to Harper’s Bazaar about her mental health and why she’s taking her time creating new music. “I’ve had a lot of issues with depression and anxiety, and I’ve been very vocal about it, but it’s not something I feel I’ll ever overcome,” she said. “I want to make sure I’m healthy. If that’s good, everything else will fall into place.”

Gomez is also a producer on the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why, a teenage drama about mental health issues and suicide.

Where weight loss shows first?

Where weight loss shows first can vary from person to person and depends on various factors such as genetics, body composition, and lifestyle habits.  You will first lose  hard fat that surrounds your organs like liver, kidneys  and then you will start to lose soft fat like waistline and thigh fat. It is important to note that targeted weight loss is not possible, and the body tends to lose weight in a pattern that is determined by various factors. Additionally, losing weight too quickly can lead to muscle loss, which can affect how weight loss is distributed in the body. Therefore, it is recommended to lose weight at a gradual and steady pace through a combination of healthy eating habits and regular exercise.

Can weight loss reverse heart disease?

Heart disease, also known as cardiovascular disease, is a term that encompasses a variety of conditions affecting the heart and blood vessels.  It is a leading cause of death worldwide, and risk factors include smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity.  While there is no cure for heart disease, there are steps individuals can take to manage the condition, including medication, lifestyle changes, and weight loss.  In this paragraph, we will explore the relationship between weight loss and heart disease, specifically whether weight loss can reverse the condition. Studies have shown that weight loss can improve heart health and reduce the risk of heart disease. Obesity is a significant risk factor for heart disease, as it increases the workload on the heart and can lead to high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, and diabetes.  Losing weight can reduce these risk factors and improve overall heart health.
